Séverine Arsène

Séverine Arsène is the managing editor of "AsiaGlobal Online" at the Asia Global Institute, The University of Hong Kong, and a former chief editor of "China Perspectives." A political scientist and sinologist, Séverine has published extensively on Chinese cyber policy, notably as an associate researcher at the Centre for Research on Contemporary China (CEFC) in Hong Kong. She holds a PhD in political science from Sciences Po Paris.
