Jean-Frédéric Morin is Full Professor in the Political Science Department of Université Laval, Canada, and holds the Canada Research Chair in International Political Economy. He is a fellow of the Canadian International Council. His current research projects look at international institutions. He is particularly interested in how international institutions innovate, interact and evolve.
