Barbara Meynert

Business and thought leader Barbara Meynert has executive expertise in Asia and internationally across a range of commercial, financial and regulatory sectors. She is senior advisor to the Fung Group, member of the Executive Council of the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (ESCAP) Sustainable Business Network, adjunct professor at The University of Hong Kong, vice-chair of the Hong Kong-ASEAN Economic Cooperation Foundation, member of the Hong Kong Cyberport Advisory Panel, and a former board member of the Asia Global Institute. With her expertise and network, Barbara is helping to build back a better and inclusive world. She is a co-founder of FreeFlow Finance, an interoperability infrastructure company that works to unlock the power of regulated digital currencies for financial inclusion in digital commerce, cross-border transactions, and global trade. She holds a master’s degree from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) and is based in Bangkok.
