Nicolo Ludovice is a lecturer in the Department of History at The University of Hong Kong and in the Health Sciences Program of Ateneo de Manila University. His research interests broadly cover animal history, the history of science, technology and medicine including biomedicine, public health, and zoonoses, and the histories of food and foodways, with the Philippines as his geographical focus.
