How to Contribute

Please email us your idea – we would be more than happy to discuss your article’s topic, scope and style with you.

As a general rule, you should only write about topics on which you have demonstrated expertise. Articles should be approximately 1,200 to 1,500 words long, without footnotes or references. Hyperlinks are encouraged, jargon is not.

You may include a list of three or four articles or books (preferably those that are available online) at the end of an article as recommended further reading. These may include your own previously published work, if relevant. You are also welcome to provide or suggest high-resolution, royalty-free graphics and photographs.

You should include with your submission:

• A short biography;
• A high-resolution, coloured headshot;
• (Optional) Links to your website, and Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn accounts.

Please note that we publish only original articles that have been carefully reviewed and fact-checked by the editors and edited for style. Opinions expressed in articles published by AsiaGlobal Online reflect only those of the authors and do not necessarily represent the views of AsiaGlobal Online or the Asia Global Institute.
